Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days (72+ hours) before the program start date will be refunded, minus a $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start date are not eligible for a credit or refund.
- Only the first class my be attended free of charge if requested in advance. Refunds are not available after the fist class.
- Missed classes during a program are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Sick Policy:
- If a participant is unwell and unable to attend a class, please notify us at info@spaalberta.ca as soon as possible.
- For multi-day programs, make-up classes are not available for individual absences.
Other:
- Programs my be cancelled due to low enrolment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Members are required to comply with SPA’s rules and safety measures. In the event of a violation, SPA reserves the right to terminate services without a refund.
