Thank you for your trust and support in SPA!. We are always committed to creating joyful and growth-filled community activities for children, so that every family can find warmth and beauty here.

To make it easier for more families to join us, the membership fee details for 2026 are as follows:

1. 2026 Membership Fee Structure
a) Early Bird Discount: Families who register and pay before December 31, 2025, will enjoy a discounted fee of $25 per year per family.
b) Standard Fee: Families who join on or after January 1, 2026, will pay a membership fee of $30 per year per family.

2. Membership Validity Period
Regardless of the joining date, the membership is valid for the full calendar year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

3. Membership Fee Policy
a) Mid-Year Withdrawal: Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
b) Mid-Year Joining: Even if joining mid-year (e.g., June 2026), the fee remains $30 per year, valid until December 31, 2026.
c) Special Circumstances: Families facing financial difficulties may apply to SPA for a fee reduction. Proof of financial status (e.g., tax documents) is required.

4. Membership Management and Interpretation Rights
a) Members are expected to comply with the association’s relevant regulations. In case of violations, the association reserves the right to terminate membership without refund.
b) The SPA holds the final interpretation right regarding these terms.

5) How to Register and Pay
a) Membership registration: Please complete the registration form above.
b) Payment Method: Send payment via e-transfer to support@spaalberta.ca
c) Note Format: Please include Child’s Name + Year in the remarks. (e.g., Henry Jiang, 2026 SPA Membership)

SPA is committed to collaborating with local and national organizations to offer diverse support and services for members and their families, including:
1.Volunteer Opportunities: Create community volunteer opportunities for teenage members, encouraging them to participate in social activities, gain experience, and enhance their social integration skills.
2.Product Design and Development: Organize participation in professional product design and development projects to provide practical opportunities for middle and high school students, cultivate career skills, build resumes, and lay the foundation for future career development.
3.Resource Sharing and Personal Consultation: The SPA board will offer members a wealth of community resources and information, as well as one-on-one personal consultation services based on their needs. This will help parents find the best solutions in education, rehabilitation, growth planning, and more.

Your personal information is used exclusively for Membership or Events Administration purpose. This includes processing your membership or event application, managing your membership account, provide you with membership benefits, and communicate with you about your membership or events you registered.

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by by law or legal process. In such cases, we may disclose your information to legal authorities.
