Withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to info@spaalberta.ca. Your withdrawal will be effective from the date we receive your request.

Please include the following information in your withdrawal request:

• Your full name (or your child’s name, if applicable)
• Program title
• Program start date
• Reason for withdrawal.

Refunds:

Refunds are offered under the following terms:

• A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
• If you withdraw within ten (10) days of the program start date, 50% of the program fee will be refunded.
• If you withdraw after ten (10) days from the program start date, program fees are non-refundable.
• We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required.
  

First Session and Payment Requirements

• Each participant may attend the first session free of charge.
• To continue in the program, full payment is required within 24 hours after the first session, payable by e-transfer to info@spaalberta.ca.
• If you withdraw after ten (10) days from the program start date, program fees are non-refundable.
• Failure to submit payment within the specified timeframe will be considered an automatic withdrawal, and your spot will be forfeited.

Missed Classes:

• Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred..

Illness Policy:

• Participants unable to attend due to illness must notify SPA at info@spaalberta.ca as soon as possible.
• For multi-day programs, make-up classes are not available for individual absences.

General Policy:

• SPA reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrolment. In such cases, fees will be refunded, less a $5.00 processing fee.
• All participants are expected to comply with SPA’s rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• SPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation, without refund, in cases of non-compliance.
